mi-radio turns pma-voice into a proper piece of kit: a tactical radio HUD skinned on a real radio device, with live channel membership and volume control at a glance. Built in React, themed winter blue, and wired to stay light on the network.

**Performance:** Event-driven, no polling loops. Low-network: transmits the member list rather than the entire channel state.

**Open & editable:** Config + locales stay fully editable; core logic is escrow-protected. Recolor and re-word freely without touching encrypted files.
